Our Fix & Flip funding is our most popular loan and is ideal for investors who need to quickly acquire a property with the intention of renovating or fixing the property to be sold at a higher price. Our pricing is flexible based on prior experience.

Often, investors need interim financing, or a “Bridge Loan,” to give them time to achieve their next step while personal capital isn’t available yet. The terms of this loan are very similar to our Fix & Flip Loan, however, no funds will be allocated towards construction and instead, a lump sum amount will be paid.

We offer this loan for six months, but there is no pre-payment penalty if it is paid back sooner. This provides our investors with ultimate flexibility on a Bridge.

Transactional

Transactional Funding is for wholesalers looking for a capital resource to facilitate a double closing. This allows the wholesaler to make a profit on the property without actually having to purchase it.
Typically, our investors put a property under contract. While under contract, they find a new buyer to purchase for more than the seller is asking. We supply the funds to purchase this property, then simultaneously sell to the buyer you’ve lined up.
